1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the dan55 website, mobile browser interface, and all related services, features, content, and products offered by dan55 (collectively, the "Platform"). 3. You must not be a politically exposed person (PEP) or subject to any financial sanctions that would prohibit you from engaging in online financial transactions.
4. You must not have previously had a dan55 account closed for breach of these Terms or for fraudulent activity.
5. You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether using the dan55 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Dan55 makes no representation that the Platform is legal or available in any particular location. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are doing so in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including those applicable in Pakistan. 3. Account Registration

To access betting, gaming, and financial features of the dan55 Platform, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

1. One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active dan55 account. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
2. Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and must promptly update that information if it changes. Providing false or misleading information, including misrepresenting your age, identity, or location, is a material breach of these Terms.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Dan55 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. You must notify dan55 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
4. KYC Verification: Dan55 operates Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering requirements. You may be required to provide documentary evidence of your identity, address, and payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in delays or suspension of withdrawal privileges.
5. Non-Transferability: Your dan55 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party. Using another person's account or allowing another person to use your account is strictly prohibited.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the dan55 Platform are subject to the following terms:

1. Accepted Methods: Dan55 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. Supported methods may change without prior notice.
2. Minimum Transactions: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified in the Platform's cashier section and may vary by payment method. Dan55 reserves the right to modify minimum transaction thresholds at any time.
3. Currency: Accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency transactions (USDT TRC20) are converted at the prevailing rate at the time of processing.
4. Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used to fund the account, subject to KYC verification being completed. Dan55 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation prior to processing any withdrawal.
5. Processing Times: Dan55 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly for verified accounts; however, processing times may vary by payment method and are subject to third-party processing timescales beyond dan55's control.
6. Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that are your own legal property, free from any third-party claims. Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the dan55 Platform:

1. All bets are final once confirmed. Dan55 does not accept requests to void or reverse settled bets except in cases of clear and demonstrable technical error attributable to the Platform.
2. Dan55 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or game outcome that has been subject to match-fixing, fraud, or any other form of manipulation, regardless of the bet's apparent result.
3. Game outcomes in the casino and slot sections are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems independently audited by third-party testing laboratories. Dan55 does not modify or influence game outcomes.
4. Live dealer game outcomes are determined in real time by the dealer and are final. Stream disruptions or connectivity issues on the player's end do not constitute grounds for bet cancellation.
5. Dan55 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits, maximum win limits, and account-level wagering restrictions at its sole discretion, including without prior notice.
6. Where a system, technical, or human error results in an incorrect payout, Dan55 reserves the right to correct the error and recover any overpaid amounts from the player's account balance.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, dan55 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, or other promotional incentives. The following general conditions apply to all promotions:

1. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") that must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. These specific terms will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.
2. Bonuses and promotional funds are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except as expressly stated in the promotion's specific terms.
3. Dan55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
4. Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to multi-accounting to claim multiple bonuses, using promotional funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotions — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
5. Dan55 reserves the right to exclude individual accounts from specific promotions or from the promotional programme entirely at its sole discretion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dan55 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to access the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to transact funds derived from illegal activities.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Platform's back-end systems, databases, or administrative interfaces.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or KYC processes.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions, claim multiple bonuses, or otherwise exploit Platform policies.
• Using payment methods belonging to a third party without that party's consent.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the fair use of the Platform by other registered users.

Dan55 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaging in prohibited conduct, withhold and forfeit any funds held in such account, and report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the dan55 Platform — including but not limited to the dan55 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of dan55 or its licensed suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from dan55. Any unauthorised use of dan55's intellectual property may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dan55 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to losses arising from betting outcomes, technical failures, service interruptions, or data loss.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Dan55 makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Dan55 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit dan55's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its negligence, to the extent that such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

10. Responsible Gaming

Dan55 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all registered users. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms:

1. Age Verification: The Platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Dan55 employs KYC processes to verify user age and reserves the right to request age-verification documents at any time.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

Dan55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons (without limitation): breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity; provision of false information during registration or KYC; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; or at the account holder's own request.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any bonus funds and any amounts subject to ongoing investigation) will be returned to the account holder via the original deposit method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification and confirmation that no outstanding Terms breaches are under investigation.

12. Amendments to These Terms

Dan55 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where amendments are material, dan55 may notify registered users by email or via an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming law and the terms of dan55's operating licence. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation, it may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. You waive any right to bring a class action or representative proceeding against dan55 in connection with any dispute.

Pakistani users acknowledge that online gambling is subject to local laws and regulations in Pakistan, and it is each individual user's responsibility to ensure that their use of the dan55 Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. Dan55 makes no representation regarding the legality of the Platform in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction.
